Could you be the full-time Platform Cybersecurity Manager in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic leadership and cybersecurity expertise in a groundbreaking field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and multicultural teammates.
You'll shape the future of rail cybersecurity by defining strategic plans and roadmaps for the RailSOC platform, aligning with evolving threats, market needs, and norms, while ensuring compliance with Alstom’s Products and Solutions Cybersecurity strategy. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders such as Program Managers, Region Cybersecurity Managers, and the Cybersecurity Management Office, as well as external partners and suppliers. You’ll also coordinate development, deployment models, and knowledge transfer on best practices and behaviors, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of establishing and maintaining the platform’s cybersecurity roadmap and leading cyber incident resolution, but also supporting the deployment of cybersecurity knowledge and processes across the platform team.
We’ll look to you for:
Establishing and maintaining the platform cybersecurity roadmap in collaboration with Solution and Program Managers
Monitoring Programs’ QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) execution of the roadmap
Ensuring coordination across programs on cybersecurity-related subjects
Leading platform cyber incident resolution as a member of the PSIRT team
Reviewing and validating key cybersecurity deliverables from programs
Contributing to the definition of cybersecurity policies, processes, and standards
Supporting and deploying cybersecurity knowledge, coaching, and training within the platform team
Realizing cybersecurity activities or managing subcontractors for risk assessments
Defining and deploying test tools and labs dedicated to cybersecurity testing
Conducting technology watch to address the latest threats and implement cutting-edge tools
Contributing to the evolution of cybersecurity norms in the transport sector

10+ years of experience in railways (signalling, rolling stock systems, or services)
Strong IT and OT security background
Proven ability to engage with customer directors and Alstom executives
Experience in customer support and process development
Capacity to build and manage services catalog proposals
Fluent English communication skills
Ability to travel as required
Experience managing multicultural teams across regions (Europe, India, USA)
