We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into customers. Your key focus will be on promoting our services, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets through effective communication and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities and activities will include:
Producing high-quality prospect leads to our business to increase sales, enhance brand awareness
Quality researching and analyzing targeted accounts that will assist ABM initiatives
Identifying potential contacts and running structured email campaigns.
Reaching weekly/monthly targets of lead generation
Carry out cold-calling and Cold Emails in order to create interest in products and services.
Generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
Contacting / reaching out to prospects on the telephone, via emails, LinkedIn and other communication channels.
Upselling new products / services creating campaigns to existing clients
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish reports and set up meetings supporting the sales team.
Planning and overseeing a new marketing, demand generation initiative.
Nurturing leads and ensuring prospects move from marketing funnel to sales funnel
Targeting international sales in the enterprise market segment
Opening and maintaining relationships with SAP Account Executives
Requirements:
Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills.

Understanding of the global IT products and services market
Understanding of SAP (Certification in SAP Sales is preferred)
Ready to travel within India and internationally as required
Qualifications:
2-5 years Inside Sales Experience in the B2B domain – services and products for the global enterprise segment
Bachelor Degree in relevant areas (ie-Inside Sales, Marketing) will be mandatory.
Certification in SAP Sales is preferred
Any certification in AI will be preferred
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook ) and Lead tracking tools such as FreshWorks/Zoho CRM
The position is for candidates of all experience levels, need to have drive to achieve and have a go-getter approach.
Need to demonstrate superior business communications and English language skills.
