Job Responsibilities
- Manage franchise billing and ensure timely invoice generation.
- Handle vendor management activities, including invoice verification, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation.
- Process and maintain credit notes, debit notes, and related accounting records.
- Coordinate with clients regarding billing queries, payments, and account settlements.
- Prepare and file GST , maintain GST records, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Support audits by providing required financial data and documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce
- Strong knowledge of GST
Preferred
- Experience in franchise billing and vendor account management.
- Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Male & Female both can apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
