- Engage with Australian homeowners and businesses regarding solar and battery solutions
- Conduct sales consultations and qualify customer requirements
- Manage leads and sales opportunities through CRM systems
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain high service standards
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reporting
- Collaborate with management and team members to maximize sales performance
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in solar sales is highly preferred
- Proven sales experience in Indian or overseas markets is essential
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Professional phone manner and customer engagement skills
- Computer proficiency, including: CRM software experience, Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge, General computer and internet skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment when required Working Hours
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
