Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of sessions as per training guidelines and material applicable to the program
- Conducting classes as per schedule and methodology
- Ensuring student attendance and participation in the sessions
- Counselling students as when required to enable their placement in jobs
- Ensuring smooth running of the center operation and mobilization for the students.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in soft skills or employability training
- Familiarity with digital collaboration and productivity tools
- Ability to engage diverse learner groups (students, youth, professionals)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
