About the Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, managing campaigns, analysing performance data, and identifying opportunities for growth.
We are not looking for someone who simply schedules posts. We want someone who understands how marketing contributes to enquiries, learner enrolments, and revenue. You will be responsible for managing our social media channels, email marketing campaigns, website content updates, and supporting lead generation initiatives.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to influence marketing strategy, implement new ideas, and help shape the future growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow company social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all channels.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Create educational, promotional, and industry-focused content related to construction, training, health & safety, compliance, and workforce development.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats to maximise reach and engagement.
- Monitor social media performance, audience growth, and engagement trends.
- Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries where required.
- Research competitor activity, industry developments, and content trends.
- Identify opportunities to increase website traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness through social channels.
Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
- Manage all email marketing activity through Zoho Campaigns.
- Create and optimise email campaigns, newsletters, promotional communications, and automated workflows.
- Build and manage lead nurturing journeys for prospective learners and business clients.
- Segment email databases to improve campaign performance and personalisation.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and calls-to-action.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve open rates, engagement, and conversions.
- Maintain database quality and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, engagement, and repeat business through email marketing.
Website Management
- Update website content, landing pages, course information, blogs, and promotional banners.
- Create and publish new website pages when required.
- Manage website content uploads, formatting, and quality assurance.
- Ensure all website content remains accurate, relevant, and up to date.
- Support landing page optimisation and conversion rate improvements.
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve user experience.
- Test website forms, enquiry processes, and customer journeys.
- Coordinate with developers where technical support is required.
Marketing Innovation & AI Adoption
- Research emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance through automation and AI-powered solutions.
- Use AI tools to support content creation, campaign optimisation, reporting, and audience analysis.
- Implement efficient workflows that improve productivity and marketing effectiveness.
- Recommend and test new marketing approaches that support business growth.
Reporting & Analytics
- Produce monthly social media marketing performance reports.
- Monitor website traffic, email marketing performance, social media metrics, and lead generation activity.
- Analyse campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create reports, dashboards, and performance summaries using Excel and reporting tools.
- Use Google Analytics and other platforms to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Present insights and recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or Email Marketing.
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Experience using Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar email marketing platforms.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience creating short-form video content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and TikTok.
- Experience managing website content through WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills, reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of lead generation principles.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Canva AI, or similar platforms to improve productivity and marketing performance.
Desirable
- Experience within Education, Training, Construction, Health & Safety, or Professional Services sectors.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Experience creating landing pages and lead generation campaigns.
- Understanding of marketing automation workflows.
- Experience implementing AI-driven marketing processes and strategies.
Working Hours
- Full-time, Office-Based Position
