Job Summary
HRK Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to generate new business opportunities and expand our client network. The candidate will represent the company in the market, conduct field visits, build relationships with clients, consultants, builders, and contractors, and secure projects in MEP, Electrical, ELV, Fire Fighting, IBMS, and Civil works.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field sales and client meetings.
- Identify and develop new project opportunities.
- Meet builders, consultants, architects, industries, and corporate clients.
- Prepare proposals and follow up until order closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit visit reports.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales/business development experience.
- Experience in MEP, Electrical, ELV, Fire Fighting, or Construction industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
