Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating revenue, managing sales executives, achieving targets, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Generate leads through various channels (field visits, references, digital platforms, etc.)
- Handle client meetings, site visits, and negotiations
- Maintain strong relationships with builders, investors, and channel partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Train and guide new sales executives

Pay: ₹14,621.05 - ₹53,782.23 per month
