BlackBull Chamber and BlackBull Law House are seeking an experienced, strategic, and entrepreneurial Director & Co-Founder to lead business growth, fundraising, corporate strategy, operational excellence, and enterprise value creation. This leadership position is designed for professionals who can build sustainable businesses, develop institutional systems, and create long-term value for shareholders, investors, and strategic partners.
The successful candidate will work closely with the founders to strengthen business operations, develop scalable corporate frameworks, attract investment, establish governance standards, and drive strategic expansion across multiple business verticals.
This is a senior leadership position requiring strong commercial judgment, corporate finance knowledge, business development expertise, and the ability to execute long-term organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's long-term business strategy.
- Build and implement scalable business models for sustainable growth.
- Lead fundraising initiatives with angel investors, venture capital firms, private equity funds, family offices, strategic investors, financial institutions, and corporate partners.
- Prepare investment proposals, business plans, financial models, investor presentations, and fundraising documentation.
- Manage pre-seed, seed, Series A, strategic investment, debt funding, and hybrid funding opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, advisors, and strategic partners.
- Understand and apply Pre-Money Valuation and Post-Money Valuation concepts during fundraising and equity negotiations.
- Participate in company valuation exercises using recognized business valuation methodologies.
- Assist in equity structuring, capitalization planning, dilution analysis, and shareholder value optimization.
- Design and implement corporate governance frameworks and organizational policies.
- Create and standardize Business SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across all departments.
- Develop the organization's Value System, Ethics Framework, Code of Conduct, and Corporate Governance Manual.
- Lead operational planning and performance management initiatives.
- Build organizational structures that support scalable growth.
- Develop risk management, compliance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, taxation, compliance, HR, and operations teams.
- Monitor business performance through KPIs, dashboards, and strategic reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic alliances, joint ventures, and expansion initiatives.
- Lead mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and corporate restructuring initiatives where required.
- Ensure operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.
- Represent the organization in investor meetings, business conferences, negotiations, and corporate engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Law, Management, or a related discipline.
- MBA, CFA, CA, CS, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in fundraising, business strategy, corporate finance, consulting, investment, or business management.
- Excellent understanding of startup ecosystems and corporate growth strategies.
- Strong commercial and financial decision-making abilities.

Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications, relevant experience, leadership capabilities, and the overall value the candidate brings to the organization. Performance-based incentives, equity participation, or profit-sharing arrangements may be considered for exceptional candidates, subject to mutual agreement and applicable legal documentation.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹225,000.00 per month
