A Front Office Executive in a school serves as the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, staff, and other stakeholders, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient reception experience. The role includes managing the school's reception, handling phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries, maintaining student and visitor records, coordinating appointments with the Principal and staff, assisting with admissions-related queries, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, supporting administrative activities, and ensuring smooth communication between parents, teachers, and various school departments. The Front Office Executive is expected to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, possess strong organizational abilities, and uphold the school's values by delivering courteous, prompt, and professional service at all times.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
