Job Title: Fettling Operator
Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Job Responsibilities:
- Remove excess metal, burrs, and flash from castings using hand tools and grinding machines.
- Perform cleaning, finishing, and surface preparation of cast components.
- Inspect castings for visible defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Operate grinders and other fettling equipment safely.
- Follow quality standards and production targets.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th Pass.
- Fresher or 6 months to 1 year of experience in foundry or manufacturing industry.
- Basic knowledge of grinding and finishing operations.
- Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
Skills:
- Attention to detail.
- Basic machine handling skills.

- Safety consciousness.
Preferred Industry: Foundry, Casting, Manufacturing, Engineering.
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,200.00 per day
