Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support daily HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee database
- Support payroll and statutory compliance activities
- Coordinate employee engagement and HR initiatives
- Address employee queries and maintain healthy workplace communication
- Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / MBA in HR or related field
- 1–2 years of HR experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Basic understanding of payroll and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
