Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and articulate Telecounsellor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and generating leads to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
* Provide detailed information about products or services
* Understand customer requirements and address queries
* Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
* Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
* Follow up with Enquires to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
* Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to team goals
