We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer who can handle complete interior design projects from concept to execution. The candidate should have strong expertise in both 2D & 3D designing, walkthrough creation, client handling, and project timeline management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop detailed 2D layouts, working drawings, and technical plans.
- Create high-quality 3D designs, renders, and realistic walkthrough presentations.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Present design concepts and make modifications based on client feedback.
- Handle complete project execution coordination with vendors, site teams, and contractors.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits and supervise ongoing work progress.
- Manage material selection, color schemes, furniture layouts, and space planning.
- Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar software.
- Expertise in both 2D drafting and 3D visualization.
- Experience in walkthrough creation and realistic rendering.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and timeline handling abilities.
- Good understanding of materials, lighting, furniture, and execution details.
- Ability to lead projects independently.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Interior Designing.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Designing, Architecture, or related field.
Salary:
- ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
