Department: QA / QC
Reporting To: Managing Director / Operations Head
Location: Corporate Office (Supplier & Customer Interface)
Role Summary
Responsible for ensuring product and process quality across import–export operations. Ensures compliance with customer requirements, international standards, and regulatory norms.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001–based Quality Management System
- Manage supplier quality: evaluation, audits, performance, and CAPA
- Ensure international quality compliance (ISO, ASTM, DIN, ASME, etc.)
- Review and approve inspection reports, MTC, COC, and export quality documents
- Oversee incoming, in‑process, and final inspections
- Handle customer complaints, rejections, and audits
- Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, Sales
- Conduct internal/external audits and ensure compliance readiness
- Lead, train, and develop the quality team
KPIs
- Supplier quality performance
- Customer complaints & rejection rate
- Audit scores & compliance
- On‑time shipment approvals
- Corrective action effectiveness
Qualifications & Experience
- B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Quality)
- 4–7 years in Quality (Import–Export / Trading / Exports)
- Preferred certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, CQE

- Quality tools: 8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP
- Drawing & standard interpretation
- Export quality documentation knowledge
- ERP, MS Excel & PowerPoint

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
