Junior Architect – Luxury Hospitality & Real Estate Projects
Location: Juhu, Mumbai
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on Skills & Portfolio)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Joining: Immediate
We are a premium luxury real estate and hospitality development firm based in Mumbai, currently developing an iconic sea-facing hospitality and mixed-use real estate project. The project is being designed in collaboration with some of India's leading consultants and architects, including the team of Hafeez Contractor.
We are looking for talented, ambitious, and design-driven Junior Architects/Fresh Graduates who are passionate about luxury architecture, hospitality, and real estate development.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong proficiency in Rhino 3D
- Good working knowledge of Revit
- Expertise in Lumion for rendering and visualization
- AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite knowledge preferred
- Strong 3D modelling, visualization, and presentation skills
- Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Develop 3D models, renderings, and presentation material
- Assist in concept design, planning, and design development
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams
- Support the design and execution of luxury hospitality and real estate projects
Eligibility
- B.Arch graduates and young architects
- Freshers with exceptional portfolios are encouraged to apply
- Candidates from reputed architecture schools will be preferred; however, outstanding talent and portfolio quality will be valued above academic background
