Zonal Head / Business Head – Gold Loans
The Regional Head will be responsible for driving Gold Loan business growth across the assigned region by leading Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and field teams. The role involves achieving business targets, expanding branch productivity, strengthening customer acquisition, ensuring portfolio quality, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Drive Gold Loan business growth and achieve regional disbursement, revenue, and profitability targets.
Lead and manage Branch Managers and Regional Sales teams to ensure consistent business performance across the region.
Develop and execute market expansion strategies to increase customer acquisition and portfolio penetration.
Drive business through multiple channels including branch sourcing, customer referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Monitor branch productivity, customer service standards, and operational efficiency to maximize business output.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, audit requirements, and risk management practices.
Review regional performance regularly and implement corrective actions to improve business metrics.
Identify new market opportunities and support branch network expansion across Telangana and adjoining markets.
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and branch leadership teams.
Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Risk, HR, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Monitor portfolio quality and ensure delinquency and auction parameters remain within organizational guidelines.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, local influencers, and business partners to enhance market presence.

10–15+ years of experience in Gold Loans, Retail Assets, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.
