Lead Generation & Sales
- Generate new leads for domestic and international tour packages.
- Convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Sales Targets
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote group tours, honeymoon packages, and customized holiday plans.
Customer Engagement
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the booking process.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Strong customer‑handling skills
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Experience using CRM tools
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp Business
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification: -
Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: -
Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales or a related field
