Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other sales channels
- Generate and qualify leads for SaaS solutions
- Conduct product presentations and demos for potential clients and organizations
- Follow up on inbound and outbound leads to convert prospects into customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable SaaS solutions
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Coordinate with marketing and support teams for campaign feedback and customer success insights
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments
- Participate in regular product training and sales skill development sessions
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, business development, or client servicing
- Experience in selling SaaS products is mandatory
- Experience with LMS products or platforms will be preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business growth
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
