Job Summary
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth of the Essco product portfolio by developing dealer networks, managing existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires strong market knowledge, relationship management skills, and the ability to execute sales strategies effectively. Essco, a value-focused bathroom solutions brand from the Jaquar Group, offers bath fittings, sanitaryware, accessories, and related products.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and expand the dealer, retailer, plumber, contractor, and builder network.
- Appoint new dealers and strengthen the existing channel partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
- Promote Essco products through product demonstrations, retailer meetings, and promotional activities.
- Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at dealer outlets.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Monitor order execution, product availability, deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order fulfillment and collections.
- Ensure timely payment collections and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
- Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), tour plans, expense reports, and sales forecasts.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade events, dealer meets, and product launches.
- Maintain complete product knowledge and keep customers updated on new launches and promotional schemes.

Qualifications

- MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–6 years of sales experience in Bath Fittings, Sanitaryware, CP Fittings, Building Materials, Tiles, Plumbing Products, or related industries.
- Experience in dealer/distributor management and channel sales is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of the local market.
- Existing relationships with dealers, retailers, builders, plumbers, and contractors.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
