We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development professional who is aligned with the company’s vision and mission and is dedicated to achieving set goals and growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive business expansion. Key Responsibilities
- Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s vision, mission, products, and services to support business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage, update, and organize client information within the CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and implement growth strategies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, client servicing plans, retention strategies, and analyze sales data to support marketing decisions.
- Prepare and assist in drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, proposals, and other documentation as required.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging markets.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with all levels of management, staff, and clients.
- Utilize experience in freelance and business portals such as Upwork, Guru, and others to generate leads and acquire new clients.
