Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer – Consultant with 5–8 years of
experience in full-stack development to join us on a 3-month consulting engagement. The
ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in React, Python, and AWS, along
with experience in developing and working with custom ERP and CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications, back-end systems, and
APIs.
● Develop and integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
● Build and optimize databases using PostgreSQL.
● Develop scalable services and applications using Python and React.
● Configure and manage web servers such as Nginx and Apache.
● Implement caching and data management solutions using Redis.
● Manage and deploy cloud infrastructure and services on AWS.
● Integrate cloud storage, APIs, serverless functions, and scheduled processes.
● Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
● Support deployment and CI/CD processes.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver
effective technical solutions.
● Contribute to the development and enhancement of custom ERP and CRM
solutions.
● Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
● 5–8 years of relevant full-stack development experience.
● Strong proficiency in Python/Frappe, React.js, Node.js, and AWS.
● Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL database design and optimization.
● Experience with Linux/Ubuntu, Nginx, Apache, and Redis.
● Must have experience with custom ERP and CRM solutions.
● Experience with AWS services such as S3, EC2, and API Gateway.
● Knowledge of Firebase, Google Cloud, CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization is a
plus.
● Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Additional Requirements:
● Candidates based in Madurai are preferred for the remote option; Mangalore
candidates will be required to work in a hybrid model.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
