Job Summary
FIST Engineering Solution is looking for an experienced Senior BIM Modeler – Architecture & Structure to develop, coordinate, and manage high-quality BIM models for architectural and structural projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit, BIM coordination, model development, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate Architectural and Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare models and drawings in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
- Work with LOD 300, 350, 400 and 500 requirements as applicable.
- Perform architectural and structural model coordination and resolve clashes.
- Coordinate with MEP teams and other disciplines to ensure multidisciplinary model integration.
- Review models for accuracy, completeness, constructability, and compliance with project standards.
- Create and manage Revit families, templates, and project standards.
- Extract drawings, schedules, quantities, and other required documentation from BIM models.
- Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and BIM coordination processes.
- Identify modeling issues and provide technical solutions to improve project quality and efficiency.
- Support BIM Coordinators and BIM Managers in implementing BIM workflows and standards.
- Mentor and guide junior BIM Modelers when required.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on BIM/Revit experience in Architecture and/or Structural modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture & Structure.
- Strong knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Good understanding of architectural and structural drawings, construction practices, and detailing.
- Experience with Revit Family Creation and Management.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, model coordination, and project workflows.
- Ability to work independently and manage modeling tasks within project deadlines.
- Experience working on GCC/Middle East or Australian projects is an advantage.
Educational Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
