Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to expand Quattro Spaces' footprint across Delhi NCR. This role is central to our growth strategy and requires someone who can build and sustain strong relationships with real estate Brokers and IPCs (Individual Property Consultants), converting these relationships into a consistent, high-quality lease pipeline. The ideal candidate brings the polish and client-facing confidence of a hospitality or premium real estate background, paired with sharp commercial instincts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, nurture, and continuously expand a strong network of Brokers and IPCs across Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram to generate qualified leasing leads.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the broker community — ensuring prompt responses, transparent deal communication, and a professional experience that keeps Quattro Spaces top-of-mind.
- Represent Quattro Spaces at property walk-throughs, site visits, and client meetings, presenting our managed office offerings with polish and confidence.
- Drive end-to-end deal closures — from lead generation through site visits, commercial negotiation, and agreement finalization — in coordination with the leasing and legal teams.
- Maintain an active and updated pipeline of prospective clients and broker relationships in the CRM, tracking conversion at each stage.
- Organize and participate in broker engagement activities (meets, property tours, appreciation events) to strengthen loyalty and top-of-mind recall.
- Monitor competitor activity, market rentals, and new supply across micro-markets to inform pricing and positioning strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent collateral, messaging, and lead-generation support for the broker channel.
- Provide regular business development reports and pipeline forecasts to leadership.
What We're Looking For
- A smart, well-groomed, and articulate professional who can confidently represent Quattro Spaces' brand in front of clients, brokers, and IPCs.
- 4–8 years of experience in business development, leasing, or sales — ideally from real estate (commercial leasing, co-working, managed offices) or premium hospitality (5-star hotels, luxury service brands).
- A demonstrated, active network of Brokers / IPCs in the Delhi NCR real estate market is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and sustain long-term partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding leasing/sales targets.
- Confident verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with a high degree of field travel across NCR.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Pipedrive) for pipeline tracking is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree is required; a background in hospitality management, real estate, or business administration is a plus.
