Position: Restaurant Cashier
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Salary: ₹20000 to 25000 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Handle cash, card, UPI and other payment transactions accurately.
- Generate bills and invoices for customers.
- Operate POS/billing software and maintain daily sales records.
- Handle cash counter and ensure proper cash reconciliation at the end of the shift.
- Manage refunds, discounts and complimentary bills as per company policy.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff regarding orders and billing.
- Maintain accurate records of daily cash collections.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic billing-related queries.
- Ensure the cash counter is clean, organized and secure.
- Prepare daily cash and sales reports for management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier, preferably in a restaurant/hospitality industry.
- Basic knowledge of POS and billing systems.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is preferred.
- Good numerical and accounting skills.
- Honest, responsible and attentive to detail.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
