Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales acumen, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Candidates with experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, referrals, and market outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales successfully.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members when required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Real Estate industry will be highly preferred.
