Sales Manager:
The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets by leading the sales team, developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring excellent execution across the assigned territory. The role involves strategic planning, people leadership, market development, forecasting, and coordination with Operations, Service, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver outstanding customer experience.
Sales & Revenue Growth -Sales target achievement (%)
Business Development- New customer acquisition
Sales Planning & Forecasting- Sales forecast accuracy
Customer Relationship Management- Customer retention rate, Customer satisfaction
Compliance & Reporting- CRM/reporting compliance
Qualification & experience: MBA preferred
- 6–10 years of sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or hospital equipment.
- Experience working with hospitals, clinicians, and institutional customers is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
