English Faculty (IGCSE)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate English Faculty member for our IGCSE curriculum at Gateway the Complete School, Shollinganallur, Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and teaching skills, with a solid understanding of IGCSE English standards and pedagogy. The teacher will be responsible for teaching English language and literature to students , creating a dynamic classroom environment, and fostering student engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English (Language and Literature) to IGCSE students.
- Develop and implement lesson plans and assignments.
- Monitor and assess student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and exams.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to improve their learning outcomes.
- Participate in school-wide events and meetings as required.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities related to English, such as debate clubs or drama.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in IGCSE or an international curriculum.
- Fresher candidates who are ready to join immediately will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of the IGCSE curriculum.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
