We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead housing finance sales operations in the Delhi NCR region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a strong understanding of the housing finance industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and objectives for housing loans.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners, including DSAs, builders, and real estate agents, to expand the distribution network.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring their continuous engagement and productivity.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory compliance within the sales operations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate training and development for the sales team.
- Analyze sales data, prepare comprehensive reports on regional performance, and present findings to senior management.
- Manage the regional budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation to maximize sales output.
- Drive initiatives for customer acquisition and retention, enhancing the company's brand image and market share in Delhi NCR.
