Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales and Marketing Administrator to support our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating marketing activities, managing sales documentation, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team
- Maintain and update customer and sales records
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Prepare sales reports and analyze market data
- Organize meetings, events, and product promotions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in sales or marketing support is an advantage
