Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CCTV Surveillance Systems.
- Monitor and maintain Network Switches, NVRs, Racks, LED TVs, and related equipment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted system operation.
- Attend and resolve CCTV system breakdowns promptly.
- Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, test, and commission CCTV equipment whenever required.
- Coordinate with client representatives for complaint resolution.
- Maintain service reports and preventive maintenance records.
- Ensure system uptime as per SLA requirements.
- Work on all working days, including Sundays and Holidays, whenever required.
