Position: CRM Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, maintain CRM records, coordinate with sales teams, and ensure smooth communication throughout the customer journey. The role involves handling leads, follow-ups, customer data management, and providing operational support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update customer details, leads, and follow-up activities in CRM software.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, site visits, and sales status.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead allocation, follow-ups, and status updates.
- Track lead movement from enquiry stage to site visit and closure.
- Follow up with customers regarding project details, meetings, and updates.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution through proper coordination.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to leads, conversions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Maintain customer databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate between Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams for smooth workflow.
- Support customer documentation and post-sales coordination wherever required.
- Monitor pending activities and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of CRM software and MS Excel.
- Good data management and reporting skills.
- Customer handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate sales processes preferred.
Qualification & Experience:
Education: Graduate / MBA preferred
Experience: 1–3 years in CRM, real estate, sales coordination, or customer handling roles preferred.
