Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and committed Trainer to conduct road safety awareness sessions. The trainer will deliver interactive sessions for students to build awareness on safe road behaviour, responsible mobility, and traffic rules. This role requires someone who is comfortable engaging with large groups of students, travelling across schools, and delivering structured training sessions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct effective training on road safety and a simulator-based assessment with participants

Coordinate activities and deliverables of the road safety project at ground level within Schools, Colleges, NGOs and RTOs

Conduct effective training on road safety and a simulator-based assessment with participants

Communicate and interact with program stakeholders/partners for the implementation of the project

Coordinate and manage partnerships with public and private agencies for the implementation of program activities

Create periodic documents of program deliverables and outcome

Document the project activities and outcomes on regular basis and submit the project status reports as per the committed timelines.
Profile Requisites:

Candidate must have a Bachelor of Engineering / Masters in Social Work/Bachelors in Social Work degree, preferably with a minimum of one year of work experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Efficient in Community Outreach and Mobilization

Must be efficient in communicating in English, Tamil and Hindi (efficiency in Tamil will be preferred)

The candidate must be a team player and should be willing to travel in and around Mumbai for implementing program activities

Comfortable with using Google docs like Google forms, Google Sheets, etc.

Proficient with MS office
Remuneration: Subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit; the consultancy fees range is 25000 to 30000 per month.
