Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Academic Sales Consultant with at least 6 months of experience in inside sales, cold calling, and target-based sales. The role involves counselling students, handling leads, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students
- Counsel students about UG/PG programs and career options
- Perform cold calling, follow-ups, and lead conversion
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/admission targets
- Update and maintain lead data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission process
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales / cold calling / sales
- Experience in education sales or counselling is a plus
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, or Google Sheets
- Ability to handle objections and close sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida (201301): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
