Position: Senior Associate – Housekeeping

Reports To: Executive Housekeeper
Job Summary
The Senior Associate – Housekeeping is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests while adhering to the hotel's quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas as per established standards.
- Ensure all rooms are properly stocked with guest supplies and amenities.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items promptly.
- Assist in inspecting rooms to ensure quality standards are met.
- Train and guide junior housekeeping associates when required.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials properly.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Housekeeping operations.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and guest service standards.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle physical tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
