- Key Responsibilities :-Procurement Execution: Source and purchase Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), excipients, solvents, and packaging materials on time to support manufacturing demands.
- Vendor Management: Identify reliable suppliers, conduct audits, negotiate pricing, and finalize rate contracts to optimize company cost-efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure all purchasing activities strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GM P) and regulatory compliance standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate directly with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Supply Chain teams to avoid material shortages.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and establish forecasting strategies to prevent overstocking or stock-outs.
