Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer at our eCommerce company, you will work closely with the marketing and product teams to create eye-catching visuals that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital experiences. You will be responsible for producing designs for our website, social media, email marketing, advertisements, and other digital assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, experience in digital design, and a passion for building brand identity through design.
Key Responsibilities:Design Creation & Execution:
- Design and create graphics for various digital platforms including the website, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and mockups that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Work on creating visuals for product listings, banners, promotional banners, social media posts, email newsletters, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure all design work is on-brand, visually appealing, and optimized for user engagement.
Brand Identity & Visual Communication:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Create visually compelling content that clearly communicates our brand message and resonates with our target audience.
- Work on designing assets that reflect the evolving nature of the brand and its products.
Website & E-commerce Design:
- Design and optimize the website’s user interface (UI) elements, including banners, product images, icons, and other key components.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure designs are effectively implemented and function seamlessly across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Help ensure that visual elements contribute to an excellent user experience (UX) and drive conversion rates.
Marketing Campaigns & Ads:
- Design creatives for digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, Google ads, banners, and email marketing templates.
- Optimize designs for both desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring responsive and accessible content.
- Work with the marketing team to execute visual strategies for product launches, sales events, and seasonal promotions.
Collaboration & Feedback:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, marketers, and developers to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
- Take feedback from key stakeholders to refine and improve designs, iterating to meet business objectives and customer needs.
Quality Assurance & Revisions:
- Ensure that all designs are high-quality, polished, and meet the required specifications for various platforms.
- Manage and maintain project timelines, ensuring that all design work is delivered on time and within scope.
- Perform quality checks on designs, ensuring they meet brand guidelines, and are visually consistent across all touchpoints.
Continuous Learning & Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, new tools, and emerging technologies to continually innovate and elevate the design quality.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table, constantly striving to improve the visual impact and user experience.
Qualifications:Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an eCommerce or digital marketing environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, with a focus on digital assets, branding, and web design.
- Experience designing for social media platforms, email campaigns, websites, and digital advertisements.
Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of web and mobile design principles (responsive design, UI/UX).
- Knowledge of design trends, color theory, typography, and branding.
- Experience with video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web development basics is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
