This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and strong execution capability, with the
ability to translate brand vision into impactful marketing initiatives that drive awareness, trust,
and preference among Indian consumers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Building & Management
Develop and execute brand strategy for aligned with company
objectives
Strengthen brand positioning, brand purpose, and value proposition in the Indian
market
Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints
Marketing & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across all online & offline channels
including digital platforms
Work closely with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns
Oversee content development for advertising, social media, website, packaging, and
promotional materials
Market Presence & Growth
Drive brand visibility and recall through innovative marketing initiatives
Support product launches, extensions, and go-to-market strategies
Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to strengthen in-market execution
Consumer & Market Insights
Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape within India
Use insights to refine brand strategies and communication
Track brand health metrics such as awareness, consideration, and trust
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal & external teams including sales, supply chain, product, and vendors, and agencies
Support corporate, sustainability, and CSR communication initiatives aligned with
company’s values
Reporting & Presentation
Prepare and deliver clear brand plans, presentations, and performance reports
Effectively communicate brand strategy to internal and external stakeholders
Desired Profile (Education & Experience)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
5–8 years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG, food, sustainability,
or consumer brands
Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Deep understanding of Indian consumers and regional market dynamics
Experience across offline and digital marketing channels

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
