Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to connect with prospective students, understand their learning needs, and guide them toward the right courses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company.
- Counsel students and parents about courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Convert leads into admissions by building trust and addressing objections.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations and admissions teams for a smooth enrollment process.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).
- 1years of experience in Inside Sales, or EdTech sales(added advantage).
- Excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
