The Role:
We need an exclusive digital marketing specialist to design, launch, and optimize high-converting campaigns for our Shopify storefront.
- You will be responsible for creating compelling campaign designs that capture attention and drive serious traffic.
- You will analyze campaign data, pivot when necessary, and scale winning formulas.
- Your sole metric for success is sales volume.
Compensation (The Profit-Share Model):
We do not believe in capping your potential with a standard startup salary that builds unnecessary overhead. We believe in rewarding exact results. You will eat what you kill, taking a direct percentage of the profit from the campaigns you design and the sales you win.
- Tier 1 (Traction): Earn a competitive baseline percentage on all orders generated up to 200 orders per month.
- Tier 2 (Momentum): When your campaigns push us to 400 orders per month, your profit-share percentage increases.
- Tier 3 (Scale): Hit 600+ orders per month, and your percentage jumps again.
The better your campaigns perform, the more you make. There is no ceiling. If you want to build something massive, take on real responsibility, and earn significantly more than a standard internship salary by directly driving revenue, we want you on the team.
Requirements:
- A strong eye for campaign design and digital marketing strategy.
- Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem and e-commerce conversion funnels.
- An absolute hustle mentality and a desire to win.
Pay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹3,500.00 per month
