The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in accounting, auditing, company registrations, and MCA & ROC compliances. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial practices and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registrations & Compliance:
Handle Incorporation of Private Limited Companies/LLP End-to-end process management, including drafting constitutional documents, filing with MCA, obtaining DIN/DSC, and ensuring statutory compliance during the formation stage.
Handle compliance activities including GST filings, income tax returns, audit report preparation, and related documentation.
Prepare and file statutory forms and returns, including ADT-1, INC-20A, AOC-4, MGT-7, INC-22, Form 3 & Form 8, Form 11, etc.
Act as a consulting partner to clients by providing strategic advice on business growth, financial structuring, regulatory compliance, and capital raising strategies.
- Financial Analysis & Forecasting:
Develop financial projections and forecasts based on clients' historical performance, market trends, and industry outlook.
Assist in the fundraising process by preparing investor-ready pitch decks, financial models, and supporting documentation. Work closely with clients to present their business case to potential investors.
- Investment Banking Consulting:
Support clients in capital raising transactions by conducting due diligence, preparing investor communications, and coordinating with investors and financial institutions.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
