CNC Programmer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CNC programming, machine setup, and operation with expertise in Fanuc Control Systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for machining operations.
- Operate and program CNC machines using Fanuc Control.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Set up CNC machines and ensure proper tooling and machine parameters.
- Monitor machining operations to maintain quality and production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations.
- Follow workplace safety standards and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in CNC Programming.
- Hands-on experience with Fanuc Control System.
- Good understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, and machine setup.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
