*Job Description:*
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as *Kiosk Staff* at Basil F\&B Kiosks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing products efficiently, maintaining kiosk hygiene, and handling POS operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Customer Interaction:*
* Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their needs
* Provide recommendations and ensure a positive customer experience
* Resolve basic customer queries courteously
* *Product Preparation:*
* Prepare beverages and food items accurately as per customer preferences and brand standards
* Ensure quality, taste, and presentation meet company expectations
* *Order Processing & Billing:*
* Accurately punch orders in the POS system
* Handle billing and ensure timely service
* *Kiosk Hygiene & Maintenance:*
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kiosk at all times
* Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
* *POS Data Entry:*
* Enter daily operational data including closing stock, wastage, and other required inputs
* Ensure accuracy in stock management records
*Shift Timings (Rotational):*
* Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Evening Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
*Note:* 09-hour duty per shift including lunch break.
*Other Details:*
* Weekly off and leaves as per company policy
* Training will be provided
* Uniform and meals may be provided (if applicable)
* Incentive
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
