Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS Cloud, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and monitoring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and maintaining secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure while collaborating closely with development and security teams to deliver reliable software.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure.
· Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
· Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
· Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
· Manage AWS services including: EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS (PostgreSQL), IAM, VPC, Route 53, CloudFront, ELB/ALB, Auto Scaling, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager.
· Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
· Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting using CloudWatch and ELK/OpenSearch.
· Ensure security compliance, IAM policies, encryption, and vulnerability management.
· Optimize AWS resource utilization and cloud costs.
· Perform backup, disaster recovery, and high availability planning.
· Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
· Work closely with development teams to improve deployment reliability and release processes.
· Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
Required Skills
· 5+ years of DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience.
· Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
· Experience with Docker.
· Expertise in Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.
· Strong knowledge of Linux administration.
· Experience with Git and branching strategies.
· Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
· Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
· Experience with Nginx, Apache, or reverse proxies.
· Knowledge of networking concepts: DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancers, SSL/TLS, VPN.
· Experience with PostgreSQL.
· Knowledge of Redis.
· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with GitLab Runner or GitHub Actions.
· Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.

· Experience with OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing.
· Knowledge of FinOps and AWS cost optimization.
