Hiring: General Manager (Hospitality)
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Property: Premium Hotel (Rooms, Rooftop Restaurant, & Banquet)
The Goal:
We are looking for an aggressive, result-driven General Manager who will treat the property like their own business. The primary focus of this role is Operations Excellence + Aggressive Revenue Generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue: Maximize sales across Banquet bookings, Restaurant footfall, and Room occupancy through strategic pricing and corporate tie-ups.
- Property Operations: Smoothly manage day-to-day operations of all departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping).
- Cost Control: Optimize operational costs, manage budgets, and maximize net profits.
- Guest Experience: Maintain high service standards to ensure excellent guest reviews and repeat business.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in Hospitality, with a proven track record of boosting sales/revenue as a GM/AGM.
- Expertise: Strong hold on Banquet event sales and F&B operations.
- Skills: Leadership, sharp business acumen, and excellent communication (English & Hindi).
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
