Job Summary
Tour Assistance India (TAI) is seeking an experienced and organised Tour Escort Team Leader to lead and coordinate tour escort operations. The role involves supervising tour escorts, ensuring smooth execution of travel plans, managing guest services, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and tour coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support the tour escort team during domestic and international tours.
- Ensure smooth execution of travel itineraries, sightseeing plans, hotel check-ins, transfers, and group coordination.
- Monitor tour escort performance and provide guidance, training, and feedback.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, local vendors, and guides for seamless operations.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and on-tour issues professionally and promptly.
- Ensure guest safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout the journey.
- Maintain tour reports, attendance, guest feedback, and daily updates.
- Coordinate with the operations team for tour planning and issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, SOPs, and service quality.
- Support the team in managing emergencies and unexpected travel disruptions.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in tourism, travel operations, hospitality, or tour escorting.
- Prior experience in team handling or a supervisory role preferred.

Salary
- CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum

Ability to commute/relocate:

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
