Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, social media, and field activities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct meetings and presentations with clients
- Follow up on leads and close deals
- Achieve sales targets and business goals
- Maintain records of sales and client interactions
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
- Confident and target-oriented approach
- For experienced candidates: prior sales/BDE experience preferred
- For freelancers: ability to work independently and deliver results
- Bike/field travel (if applicable)
Salary / Compensation:
- Fresher: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives
- Experienced: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 + Incentives (based on experience)
- Freelancer: Commission-based / per deal payout
