Sales Executive / Territory Sales Officer Construction Chemicals
PuneWe are hiring dynamic sales professionals for Building Material / Construction Chemical sales.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle dealer & distributor network in assigned territory
- Generate sales through retail & trade market
- Appoint new dealers and expand market coverage
- Visit contractors, retailers & project sites regularly
- Promote Tile Adhesive, Block Adhesive & allied products
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive secondary sales
- Maintain strong dealer & contractor relationships
- Collect market feedback and competitor updates
Candidate Profile:
- 2-3 years experience in Building Material / Construction Chemical sales
- Experience in Tile Adhesive / Waterproofing / Cement / AAC Blocks preferred
- Strong dealer handling & channel sales experience
- Good knowledge of Pune market
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler mandatory
- Local candidates preferred
Salary: Best in Industry + Attractive Incentives + TA/DA
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
