The responsibilities of the Medical Record Department Assistant include the following:
· Responsible for overall supervision, control and effective functioning of Medical Records Department.
· Ensure timely retrieval of Medical records as and when required.
· Ensure proper upkeep of medical records.
· Generating Monthly statistics.
· Timely submission of Birth / Death certificate.
· Follow the Departmental Protocols / Procedures
· Issue and receive OP files.
· Assemble IP files according to the IP assembling format
· Filling of Lab Reports and Medical Records.
· Preparing Birth / Death information.
· Follow the Departmental Protocols / Procedures
· Any other work assigned by the Management from time to time.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
