Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive (Purchase & Accounts

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant who will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities along with handling purchase-related functions. The candidate should ensure accurate financial records, vendor coordination, GST, TDS, and timely procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts & Finance:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records
- Responsible for entire accounting and document management and clerical jobs of the company.
- Handle accounts payable and receivables of each projects.
- Client payment management.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
- Prepare basic MIS and financial reports.
- Handle payroll and office account activities.
- Purchase Management:
- Handle end-to-end purchase process including vendor identification and selection
- Prepare purchase orders (POs) and track order status
- Negotiate pricing and ensure cost-effective procurement
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials
- Maintain purchase records, bills, and documentation
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Preparations of month end and year end reports.Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, site, operations) for material requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records
- Prepare reports on expenses, purchases, and vendor managements
Requirements:
- Bcom/ Mcom/ MBA in finance and management or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in accounting and purchase handling
- Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and basic accounting software
- Understanding of GST and basic taxation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Any previous job in interiors field is an added advantage.
